RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers regarding insurance products and policies.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use customer focused, needs based, review process to education customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication and problem-solving skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Dedicated to personalized customer service for our customers, focusing on needs based service focus..
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and manage individual workflow.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer and their individual needs
- Ability to successfully obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life/Health license.
- Hourly plus commission/bonus

- Our office is located in Eagle River, on the Old Glenn Hwy (across from Chevron ) .
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of UAA with advanced education & training in Finance and Business.
- We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
